Who we are

Living Heritage Homeschool (“Living Heritage,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at livingheritage.info and the membership portal at livingheritagehomeschool.com.

Living Heritage is a curriculum publisher operated by Dr. Becky Aniol in partnership with G3 Ministries. We are based in the United States and primarily serve U.S. families.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, request our free guide, sign up for our email list, or purchase a plan, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and (for purchases) payment details handled by our payment processor.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic analytics: pages visited, time on site, referrer, browser type, approximate location (by IP). We use this to understand which content is helpful and to improve the site.

Cookies. Our site uses cookies for essential site function (like remembering form submissions) and for analytics (Google Analytics 4). We do not use behavioral advertising cookies.

How we use information

To fulfill your purchase (deliver curriculum access via our member portal).

To respond to your inquiry via the contact form.

To send you the email content you signed up for (free guide, newsletter, member updates).

To improve the site and curriculum based on aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your data, rent your data, or share your data with marketing partners.

Third parties we use

Mighty Networks — operates our member portal at livingheritagehomeschool.com. Subject to their privacy policy.

G3 Ministries — operates G3+ membership, which is included with our Premium plans. Subject to their privacy policy.

Email service (Fluent CRM / MailerLite / ConvertKit, depending on current configuration) — handles email delivery and list management.

Google Analytics 4 — collects aggregated site usage data.

Your rights

You may unsubscribe from any email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of every email.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email address on the Contact page.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. EU residents have rights under the GDPR. We will honor all valid requests promptly.

Children

Living Heritage serves homeschool parents, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Note that the Premium member portal at livingheritagehomeschool.com allows parents to create student accounts for their own children. Those accounts are operated under the parent's purchase and consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be announced via email to our list.
